06/17/10 - Hello everyone, it's been a while since I checked in. It's been busy with work, family, moving, etc. A few months ago, I played on Korean Pop Singer, Lee Seung Hwan's album, who has sold more than 10 million albums in his career. It was a fun session at the Henson and Sunset Sound Studios. The album should be coming out soon. I also played on a new Samsung TV commercial composed by Jay Kim, and worked on few film dates as well. I have some fun gigs coming up, which I'll post on the website soon. Thanks for tuning in!

03/23/09 - Hello Everyone! It's been a busy year for me so far doing different things. Recently, I've done some recording sessions for a Brazilian artist and "Sky," the album that I played for singer Brenda Harp just came out also. Also I have been doing bunch of demo sessions for different people as well. Teaching at LA Music Academy has been fun as well...it's good to work with great faculty and students. I'll be playing some duo gigs at Red, White and Bluezz in Pasadena next month, so if you are free, please come out.

09/29/08 - Hello all. It's been busy lately with different stuff. I've just done couple of sessions for a composer, Scott V Smith, for a movie called "Rock Slyde" featuring a lot of big band music. The band consisted of John Ferraro on drums, John Belzaguy on bass, Greg Phillingaines on keys, Alberto Salas on percussion, myself on guitar and a horn section. It was fun as we were all tracking live at the studio. I also did some gigs with my good friend Frank and Val Janson. Thanks for checking in, Ken.

08/18/08 - Hello all, I just wanted to update everyone on what I've been up to. It's been a busy year doing gigs, teaching and recording sessions. Recently, I did a couple of recording sessions for a musical called "All Shook Up," based on Elvis' songs. It was a fun session with a lot of guitar parts. The band members were Alan Waddington on drums, David Stone on bass, Steve Welsh on keys and Carl Verheyen and myself on guitars. I had a lot of fun hanging out with Carl--he is such a great player. Thanks for visiting and we'll keep you updated.
